How to paint several small flowers on an oil painting realistic?

I have a jar of yellow dancing lady orchids with many small flowers on each branch. They look difficult to paint as opposed to large single flowers (daisies). Do you have any tips for painting several small flowers? Should I paint each flower the first person, or just start painting and I can draw?

1. I know this is a nuisance, but they strive for realism, and unless you have a highly developed artistic eye and hand, consider fully outline a single flower. Sketch in graphite or charcoal on paper until very comfortable with their shape and shading. Then, too annoying, fully outline a single stem of flowers. Finally, outline the entire pot of flowers before transferring the drawing to the fabric. Was the way the old masters did. 2. That said, if I was doing the painting, I like to have a picture of the pot, in proportion as the crop for the size of the canvas, and add lines of scale-in Adobe Elements. I slightly charcoal lines on the canvas and zoom and start painting. … Leonardo not have a computer. (Actually, I've been at with flowers and was disappointed with the result, which lack an intimate understanding of how the petals folded flowers and how they were in the shade. The next time I will spend the time and focus on No. 1, not without problems, o.) Dancing Lady Orchids are beautiful flowers. Good luck!
