Photoshop animation problem?

I have Adobe Photoshop CS3 full version. I heard that ImageReady was discontinued, and a lot of people Fireworks or something now recommend. I do not really want to spend a hell of a lot of money on that. I believe flash longgggg ended a while ago. When I try to encourage what you have in Photoshop, it fails. I'm still a part of the second for example, and trying to get something different from the Whatevers in the first frame, but both change the same automatically. Such as I drew a tree in Table 1, and then drew a flower in Table 2, Table 1 shows the flower and the tree was originally it is gone. I kind of want to animate with Photoshop, but if a program anywhere that allows you to easy gif animation drawings are also compatible pixel to transparency, that would be great. But I bet theres no such thing. D: <> Or, if theres a way to fix the problem I have it as part of Photoshop – which also would be great. : 3

Try this: http://www.toggle.com/lv/group/view/kl34879/Microsoft_GIF_Animator.htm seems to work, and is free of viruses.
